Super charge your food

Sometimes it’s the simplest of things that give us the greatest satisfaction. When it comes to super charging a salad, making a fresh dressing could not be simpler. Squeezing some fresh lemon juice, drizzling olive oil, or a little splash of balsamic vinegar over the top is enough to lift a salad.

To take the pressure off as I’m sure you have enough to think about with your busy lives, here are a few of my favourites.

Anything that contains garlic will store in the fridge for up to a week.  Anything without garlic will last a little longer.  Just bring them to room temp before serving.

(Add the ingrediets to a jam jar, screw the lid on and give it a good shake)
