Drawing on my background as a chef, I've created deliciously easy, quick and simple recipes, using seasonal produce to fuel your body. I believe that this is one of the most important, if not the most important part of a successful training plan. My recipes are combined with short, 30 minute exercise sessions, combining Sweat, Strength and Recovery sessions which can be done anywhere, at anytime.
