With my experience as a chef I am able to create simple, delicious dishes to suit the busy lifestyles we all lead today. I want to show that you can enjoy a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable, without feeling like you are missing out or on a diet.
My passion and love for food stems from my childhood. From as young as eight years old, I can remember watching and helping my mum in the kitchen. I was fascinated by new, fresh ingredients and how easily and quickly you can create something so delicious!
After first discovering my love for healthy and wholesome food, I also found inspiration in Jamie Oliver, who showed me that a simple and creative approach to food can create the most incredible flavours. He played a key role in inspiring me to chase my dreams of becoming a chef.
I left school when I was sixteen to study Catering & Hospitality at Thanet College. During this time I was lucky enough to be selected to go and work at Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle at some of the most exclusive events in the world, including Charles and Camilla’s wedding. I was also fortunate enough to silver serve at several state visits for prominent figures such as Prime Minister Tony Blair, Her Majesty the Queen and President George W. Bush.
On my 18th birthday I set off on my next adventure, flying to St Tropez. Working for a Swiss family on their private estate for 6 weeks, I was their personal chef. With only the basics in french and a small pocket dictionary in hand, I had to go and buy all of the ingredients from the local market. Talk about being thrown in the deep end!
At 20 years old I took up my first official position as a Demi Chef de Partie at the Royal Crescent Hotel in Bath. I found my passion for fitness along the way after the long hours and often unheatlhy lifestyle in the kitchen. This led me to change my career path and took me to Edinburgh where I gained my Personal Training qualification.
I have been in the health and fitness industry now for over 10 years now and continue to develop my skills. Over that time I have helped a lot of people achieve their goals by eating better and following a structured exercise plan. My ultimate goal is to inspire people to change their lives by simplifying their approach to exercise and nutrition.

I am now living my dream of combining the skills I’ve learnt along the way to change peoples lives forever.
