Calorie Calculator

If you want to lose weight you must be in a calorie deficit, use the calorie calculator below to estimate how many calories your body needs.

So how does it work?

Once we have your age, height and weight we use a formula (Mifflin st Jeor) to calculate your basal metabolic rate which tells us how many calories your body burns at rest. We then multiply that by how active you are to find your total daily energy expenditure. TDEE is the total number of calories your body will burn in a day including physical activity such as exercise. (Remember this is just an estimate but it will give you a pretty good idea of where to start).

Remember you can come back to this calorie calculator whenever you like to check your daily calories

Ok it’s time to step into the kitchen and start crushing those calories!
